This list applies to the primary applicant, their spouse, and children under the age of 18.
Valid Passport: Original passport and a notarized Turkish translation of all pages.
Tax Identification Number: Obtained from the Turkish Tax Office.
Biometric Photos: 8-10 biometric photos (recently taken against a white background).
Property Valuation (Appraisal) Report: A report from a CMB-licensed (SPK) expert confirming the property value is at least $400,000.
Official Title Deed (Tapu): The original or a certified copy of the ownership document.
Foreign Currency Purchase Certificate (Döviz Alım Belgesi): A document proving that the investment amount was sold to the Central Bank of Turkey through a local bank.
Bank Transfer Receipts: Showing the transfer of the investment amount from the buyer’s account to the seller’s account.
Certificate of Conformity (Uygunluk Belgesi): Obtained from the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change.
Vital Records (Apostilled & Notarized):
Marriage Certificate (if applicable).
Birth Certificates for all family members.
Family Registration Document.
Criminal Record: (In some cases) obtained from the country of origin.
